Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the safe arrival of returned products is the responsibility of the customer. All returns should be insured, as I cannot be responsible for any lost, damaged, stolen or misdirected packages.
If an item is returned without prior approval, or if an item arrives and does not meet my return policy requirements, I have the right to deny a return or exchange.
